Friends of Phibi Fitness!

aunt phibian

Aunt Phibian Hello. I'm Phibi's Aunt Phibian. I watch over Phibi Fitness and Friends and help them in the kitchen making energizing meals and snacks. I also have a greenhouse and garden where we grow all kinds of fruits and vegetables. After we prepare our meals and snacks we eat together at the table or sometimes outside for a picnic. We love spending time together and sharing healthy recipes. Cooking with Kids, teaches them skills they can rely on as adults as well as teaches them to make healthy food choices at home and when eating out. It also teaches them to enjoy an activity that will involve them daily for life.

Horsy Power (H.P. for short)

Horsy Power My name is Horsy Power or H.P. for short. I am full of energy! I love to create obstacle courses to run through. Phibi Fitness lets me borrow the exercise equipment and I share my ideas and try them out with the friends. I also enjoy measuring all kinds of things in all different ways. I help Aunt Phibian sometimes measure the ingredients when we cook. I measure my intensity, duration and frequency when I exercise. Did you know you can even measure your body to see how much you've grown? I measure how far I can stretch. My favorite thing about measuring is getting to see how much I have progressed and accomplished. That makes me feel proud.

Rock the Snail

Rock the Snail I am Rock the Snail. I take exception to the phrase, "unless you live under a rock" although I do live in a rock in Aunt Phibian's greenhouse. I love to read all different kinds of books and make scrapbooks to share with friends. I also love strawberries. My favorite season is strawberry picking season. It is great fun. Phibi Fitness, Aunt Phibian, Baby Bunny, H.P. and I go to the strawberry u-pick field and learn how they grow, pick our own, weigh them and best of all Aunt Phibian helps me make all my favorite strawberry recipes.

Squirt the Dolphin

Squirt the Dolphin Squirt the Dolphin is the coolest lifeguard at Squirt Water Park. He teaches the friends all kinds of water classes like swimming lessons, surfing, youth water polo, water safety and throws us pool parties. Phibi Fitness leads the aquatic exercise classes too. There are water slides and beaches there. Squirt loves the way moving through the water makes him feel and wants to share his water park with everybody!

Baby Bunny

Baby Bunny The bunnies love to jump and hop and play all day. They jump on the trampoline, jump rope and hopscotch. Bunnies also love carrots and lettuce, that's why they have such great eyesight. Bunnies are wonderful animals, but they're a lot stranger than you know...did you know bunnies have three sets of eyelids. Isn't that interesting?

Zig Zag the Alligator

Zig Zag the Alligator Zig Zag is the alligator Park Ranger at the Savannah Park where Phibi Fitness teaches classes. Zig Zag watches over the entire amphibian community. Did you know alligators can run at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour. However that speed can only be maintained for a very short distance.
