Aquatic Exercise is for Every Body!

Phibi Fitness at the Pool Water exercise is a fun, safe way to fitness. It is for male and female, swimmer or non swimmer. It is an opportunity for people of all ages to be physically active. Many participants who are unable to exercisce on land can be comfortably active in water. Each group receives a wealth of benefits from the water. In water, you weigh 50-90% less than you do on land (depending on water depth), thereby easing the burden during physical exercise on weight bearing joints such as your hips, knees and back. Some choose it for overall toning effects, some for greater flexibility and increased energy, while others use the water as a form of physical therapy. Whatever the approach, water exercise adds another dimension to health with its ability to lower resting heart rate, blood pressure, and improve body composition.

Nicole Brewer, creator of Phibi Fitness Nicole Brewer is a native Floridian, mother of 3, a Fitness Professional, author and creator of Phibi Fitness™, and Phibi's Friends. Her passion, drive and creativity in the fitness industry is what sets her apart. Nicole is a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Aquatic Fitness Professional, and Children's fitness advocate. She created Phibi Fitness to teach children about fun play, physical and functional skills and variety of energizing foods we all should eat. Nicole wants to make a positive impact on the world, especially when it comes to children and obesity crisis.
